HiPerGator Regular Updates and Depreciation of openmpi/4.1.5

UFIT Research Computing staff will begin regular system patching and updates starting today and rolling through most of the system over time. These updates should have minimal customer-facing impacts. Login nodes will be drained and updated individually as part of the patching process.
In addition, the openmpi/4.1.5 module and the underlying PMIx packages it relies upon will be removed from the system at some point during this time. Users should be using openmpi/4.1.6 or updating scripts to utilize this module.
