Monthly Maintenance Policy

RC will be implementing a new monthly maintenance policy starting this October 2023 for the HiPerGator-ResVault system. The maintenance will be scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month.
The first maintenance downtime is scheduled for Wednesday, October 25, 2023, from 8 AM until 5 PM.
During this time, you will be unable to access the HiPerGator-ResVault system. Before maintenance takes place, please make sure to shut down your VM. If any running VMs are discovered prior to the maintenance window, RC staff will manually shut them down. The RC team will send notification once the maintenance is complete, and services are restored. Once services are restored, please start your VMs normally.
